  I have had good quality service each time I went to buy or order something from this establishment. They have a friendly atmosphere, as well as a knowledgeable staff.

  Terrible customer service experience. I had arranged a rental bike drop off at 10:00 am, but nobody showed up to even open the store until half an hour later. Once the door was finally open the owner further delayed the process by prioritizing incoming phone calls over getting my paperwork done. I had planned to place an order for a $5,000 bike that morning, but decided to take my business somewhere else.

  By far one of the best bike shops around. I have used a number of other shops and always end up driving the extra distance from Jonesborough to have my bike serviced here. Extremely knowledgeable staff are super friendly and seem to truly enjoy talking bikes. I am always strapped for time and like to know that my bike is ready when I get a chance to ride. After they service my bike it is always in top notch condition and ready for the trails. Thank you Steve and Reedy Creek Bike

  This bike shop is the best in the Tri-Cities in my opinion. They have well stocked shelves of all you need AND want (parts, clothing, tires, food, .etc.) as well as a great selection of bikes for every level of rider. If you don't see what you're looking for, they can get it really quick and for prices comparable (or even better than) on the Internet sites. Top notch sales and service with a friendly, laid back staff.

  My boyfriend and I went in to the store looking to buy me an entry level mountain bike. We were in there for a good 20 minutes and nobody came over and asked if we needed help..and we were the only people in the store! Very unhelpful! Spare yourself from the assholes and take the trip to Larry's Cycle Shop much friendlier and very informative
