  Ridiculously slow service. Dropped my vehicle off on Friday and went back the next Friday and they hadn't even touched my car at all. EVERY service there's SOME issue with them.

  I went to Cass Burch Valdosta last week (12/9/16) for my new 2016 Challenger RT Shakers first oil change, over there the service advisor was a jerk and I did not walk out feeling happy. Since the monment I left I was smelling a bad oil burning smell eveytime I stopped. I was told they probably spilt oil on my motor.
  I live in Valdosta, but work in Waycross. When I got to work this morning I heard a super lound tapping and my car sounded sick. I called Walker Jones immediately and they took my car in even though they did not have room or time in the schedule. I was told my oil filter was not on all they way and all oil was completely gone! They took the time to handle the situation and get my car going again so I could get home this evening
