Good place for quiet stay.Staff friendly. Starting a remodel but didn't bother us. Breakfast has good selection of typical fare, quite adequate

I enjoy staying here. My family loves this hotel. The 24 hour pool is great. Front desk staff are kind and quick to get things done. Housekeeping is kind and helpful. We have stayed here many times and plan to many more.

Holiday Hills Best Western in Coalville, UT is the best Best Western motel my wife and I have ever stayed at. We have stayed there many times. Reasonable price; clean rooms; beautiful location; and the staff are always helpful, friendly, courteous, and kind. And there are always cookies served at the front desk in the late afternoon. And the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours a day, and they are actually well heated. And the breakfast every morning is great with good variety. We recommend this motel.

There was a big winter storm that came in the night we stayed and they were up early to clear the parking lot for those who had to leave earlyl
But they were careful not to leave a pile of snow behind our car. When it was time to leave we borrowed a broom to clean our car off and were able to drive out without any problem.
As we walked into the foyer the fire place was a welcoming site that set the stage for a warm and welcome stay. Great experience!response / report this review -

Very clean and updated. Very friendly and polite staff. Lots of fluffy pillows. Indoor pool and spa. Many choices for the complimentary breakfast. Good view of the valley around it, watch for Eagles nesting in trees!

Very nice Hotel, staff was very friendly and problem I reported was noted but I do not have any knowledge of if it got taken care of. I would assume it did. The room was very clean and the bed was perfect for a great nights sleep. Very close to the Interstate was convenient and the traffic noise was non-existent. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself. I recommend this Hotel to others.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a suite which we loved and the air conditioning worked very well! This is always important to us because we are used to a cooler climate and many times the air conditioner is just not as cold as they say or as we need it to be in order to be comfortable! We actually had to turn one of the air conditioners off they worked so well! The breakfast room was fun and enjoyable, decorated nicely as was the lobby.

Set up a tent camp as part of a family weekend at the reservoir. Pleasant environment. Good amenities. Staff will give different answers to the same requests though. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing.

We are very pleased! We like that the indoor pool and fitness center is open 24 hours and the free breakfast was much more than we expected! Eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, bread, oatmeal, cereals, milk, and all the fixings. The staff is very friendly and professional! Our room was very basic with a small bathroom, no fridge or microwave but we had 2 double beds (comfy bed and pillows) and it was only $72 per night. We would recommended this location.

We stopped for the night on our way to Reno, and needed a pet friendly room. Pet rate was very reasonable and our room had laminate flooring in lieu of carpet. Which was awesome for a let room as there was no "pet" smell! Very clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was as expected. Location was very convenient to I80.

We stayed for our Ragnar adventure. The room was clean, and comfortable. Cheryl was so helpful and friendly whenever we saw her. Love that they have coffee all day! Great hotel!

We are locals who needed a quick little getaway. This hotel is about an hour from home but felt miles away! Situated in rolling green hills, next to a beautiful reservoir, with cows and a wide creek out back. Just a short drive to Park City, Heber, or other great locals. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Good size pool and hot tub available 24 hours and hot breakfast with waffles. And the price couldn't be beat!
