Great service. Cute manager. So many puppies very knowledgable staff. Parking in the rear. Boarding AND groomings and walks. Everything a pup needs.

I have boarded my dog here as well as used their doggie daycare program. All the staff is amazingly friendly and great with the dogs. The facility is clean and well maintained. Webcam system is a bonus if you want to check in and see how much fun your pup is having:) Ask for Danny, manager, super helpful!!!

My dog Manning and I are new to the Bayside area. I found Waggers while driving home one day from work. It is within walking distance from my apartment. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The staff remember my dog by name and he really enjoys going there. Whenever I return to pick up my dog his bowl is clean and items placed neatly in his bag. The services are reasonably priced and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good kennel.

I have been taking my dog(s) here for grooming for the past 4-5 years. I've had Jay in the beginning when he was still working here, and he was amazing!! He always groomed my dog the way I asked, and JJ was always super happy to see him. After he left, Themi took over as my dog's groomer and she is even more wonderful!
When I rescued my latest one, I brought him to her too. She's super attentive to my dogs, always remembers our names and exactly how I like them to be cut. My dogs are kind of picky when it comes to people, but they are always excited to see her. She's so gentle and lets me know if there's an issue that I need to see a vet about. My dog is 14 this year but I still bring him to her, since he is so acclimated to how she handles him - he won't even let me groom him.
All in all, Waggers is an amazing place. Jerry and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I'm always recommending this place to any of my friends that has a dog and is in search for a groomer! Themi is the way to go!response / report this review -

I bring my Shamrock to "play with his friends" and he loves it there. As soon as we get to the door he pulls me right to the play area. We go away 1-2 times a year and feel very comfortable leaving him there for boarding while we are gone. I love that they have a webcam so I can watch him during his stays. I can't say enough good times about Jerry and the Waggers crew!

Just took my puppy for his first grooming. These people are great and you can see how much they truly love their doggie customers. Barney had a great experiencelooks wonderfulsmells even better.
