This location is a zoo. long lines slow service and you can never reach this site by phone. I hate this location and which I had and option to change my post office site.

OH dear heavens I’ve been living in that neighborhood for 5 years and GOD AWFUL. I have to mentally prepare myself every time I go for my money order. These people will have you waiting in line until your feet start to numb. Lord , God and they are NASTY as Monday is long. Miss Rose and the one Asian lady there are nice and you are lucky to get them but the rest are just VILE. Miss Pat used to be very nice too but I guess the rest have rubbed doff on her too. You would think they get chained and beat back there. Very nasty for people who have jobs and can’t get fired unless they practically murder someone. I don’t get it. One time I was in there and they had me waiting with 2 people in front of me and actually made me fill something out over and offered no pen I had to go in the parking lot and beg for a pen. Then they made wait while they were in the back doing GOD knows what. Oh and don’t have a package in the back that they have to look for. They will pretend its lost and make you come back. Save your peace and go to the one on 163rd over by the Colosseum in Jamaica by the bus terminal. I wish i could give negative stars LOLOL
