  Horrible experience. Rainy day and Post office was closed 1pm-3pm. Never heard of employees taking 2 hour lunches! Came back before 5 pm and had to wait in line. He locked door promptly at 5pm. The lady behind me was filling in some forms and he told her to leave because he was closed even though she was there before 5pm.

  Very rude old Asian guy work there, like everyone else said, I highly recommend you go couple blocks to the east elmhurst one

  Someone is either stealing mail or they have clueless postal carriers. I am missing 4 packages/envelopes that were "delivered to an individual" according to the tracking that I have never received. They don't answer their phones when called either. They are crooks

  Rude chinese guy working there dont xpect him to reply witha good morning.i dont understand if you dont like your fking job give it to the next. Cranky as* people. Smh..I hAVE A BRILLIANT IDEA WHY DONT WE ALL STOP COMMING TO THIS LOCATION SO THEY CAN CLOSE THIS CRAP DOWN OR TRAVEL TO UPS ITS CHEAPER THERE ANYWAY WISH UPS WOULD OPEN MORE LOCtions:/

  I literally came to this post office only to find out the machines are down and I'll have to go far away to ship my item. What a waste of time and I'm seriously angry..
