Service department tried and failed. I brought my truck in on multiple occasions. My truck shakes (violently) when I tow any trailer. They blamed on the trailer even though it happens with any trailer I tow. They told me that if I brought it back to their service department I would be wasting my time and theirs as well, and to go back to where I purchased the truck. Go elsewhere! somewhere that is confident in their abilities that can get the job done. Joe was the service representative.

***Update 8-9-2017*** Go to Bill March GMC in Traverse City, they are more than willing to help and will get the job done. If you absolutly must go to Wagar service dept Joe was my representative and he is unwilling to help make sure to stay clear or him.

Great service by a Great dealership. I haven't seen a small dealership in a long time that I have forgotten how nice it is. The service department gave me a loaner truck which was brand new. The service tech was very helpful and explained what was wrong with my Traverse. He did a fine job getting my Chevy back on the road with no problems since.
