Disclaimer: I did not camp here. Rather I drove through, walked around the activity center, and talked to office staff. This is a large resort, very well kept, with a great variety of activities. Three nice pools. Streets are lined with palm trees. Lots are closer than I prefer, but not bad. Contains a mixture of RVs and mobile homes. It seems to be a busy and active resort. Also has a hotel on site.
This is one of our favorite parks. Normally we stay a week several times a year but this year decided to winter here. Voyager has all the amenities. They have something for everyone. The park is well maintained and staff very helpful and pleasant. They have homes, park models and RVs in separate sections.
This isn’t a park, it’s more like a small, gated city. It’s definitely more popular among the 55+ crowd - but they let us younger folks stay as well. The pull through spots are HUGE, like almost 100 ft. If you’re pulling a big trailer you can definitely leave it hooked up in your site. It really is a great park - has a good restaurant, market and lots of activities (of course). Our Class A and tow vehicle fit in the spot with lots of room to spare - parking and pulling out were both easy.
Very great place. Clean! Knowledgeable staff and volunteers. Great restaurant. Lots of my style activities to do.
A very nice facility with friendly staff. We only day visited but did stay for a few days 2 years ago.
Beautiful place with many amenities. Office easy to work with.
We liked that it was gated and there was security. We arrived after dark and security was so nice to take us to our space and see we got hooked up alright. The employees at the gate were nice and very helpful! We just felt it was pricey for the place. It looked like a lot of people reside there in permanent mobile homes. I didn't see any grass. The bathrooms were unlocked and open - no card keys. So the employees were terrific - just feels it's too pricey. And no wifi - at least we didn't get any.
This is a very nice RV park. A word of advice, make sure you get the weekly or monthly rate, I was charged the daily rate even though I was staying weekly. I called and they fixed that though.
If you are really old, then you will like this RV resort. It is well maintained but the residents were too old for us and we are in our 60's.
big parking lot, prices pretty high, WIFI doesn't exist except while sitting by the community center, the restaurant is good, but closed on Mondays except during peak season. Pools are nice, court good, shuffleboard courts are closed with no explanation Security is mostly about policing and harassing people about trivia
Love the place. Everything that you could want in a resort is here. Nice pools, Courts,
Stayed in the rv park, stop every year. Nice place for the winter or just a short stay. I think they can handle the biggest longest rigs here . The restaurant bar is always a stop friendly folks here.
Cheap, friendly, accommodating, and comfortable. This is a nice quiet spot to spend the night on your way through Tucson. Away from the crowded and somewhat sketchy parts of Tucson. They have a great hotel option if you aren't traveling in an RV or just need a break from sleeping in the RV/trailer
