I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Volkswagen for. Worked out a great deal the helped me purchase a 2015 Passat TDi. They really worked with me to get this gem. Fortunately for me, they were able to work with my schedule and make it happen for me.

Great family owned placed. They where really up to date with their knowledge of Volkswagen. And again, worked really well with my schedule. I will be buying any future Volkswagen vehicles from them.

I drove from Toledo, OH to Ft. Wayne to look at a used car that Vorderman had on their website. I had communicated with Caril Bernard both by email and phone. Caril could not have been more helpful. My wife and I made the drive to look at the car and they made everything easy for us to leave with it that day. Unfortunately on my way back home the check engine light came on I called Caril the next day, along with Matt (service manager) they arranged for a service center in Toledo to look at it and resolve the issue. The bill was taken care of by Vorderman without any hassle. You never know just how good a company is until you see how they take care of a problem they were terrific. A+ from me.

Loved the buying process was easy and streamlined but the service department is horrible. The headlight was out when I bought my car and I was told to bring it down and they would repair it but the service tech was very rude and told me that it wasn't covered and that it was a two hour wait even though I had an appointment they were doing "pit stops". It didn't make a lot of sense. Will not be going back.

Sales department is excellent; Jay and Ron did a fantastic job of meeting my needs. Managers were great as well and finance department did a terrific job of walking me through my options. Ron is the man!!! I drove 170 miles to pick up my S5 from Vorderman. Car was very clean and in perfect condition. Customer service was excellent. For the next few days they called and emailed to make sure everything was going well with the car and answer any questions.

this company is terrible.. they dont follow recalls until the matter is fixed.. they say it will cost $75 diagnostic fees and that is Bull! its sad workers tell people not to buy from them! How can a 2011 suv need so much work.. geez most people are just paying off car loans at 6 years.. Dont waste your time.. buy American!

Overall a good dealership. Very friendly staff. Good reputation in the community. Recommended to us by a friend shortly after moving to Fort Wayne.

Minus 1 star because we were looking for a new vehicle in the fall and they let my wife and in-laws test drive a vehicle that clearly had not been detailed. There was pet hair everywhere - it was not a positive experience. However, on other occasions their service has been excellent.

For inconsistent delivery, 4 stars; reputation is only as good as a customer's worst experience. I would not hesitate to consider this dealership next time we are in the market for a car. Perhaps eventually they will win back their fifth star.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with both Caril Bernard and Teresha. I was looking for a specific car and I was lucky enough to find it at Volderman. I was extremely nervous about purchasing the car because it was sight unseen as I live out of state. Caril was extremely patient with all my questions and even helped with setting up the transportation to get the car to NY. Everything went extremely smooth, Both Caril and Teresha followed up with everything. My car was delivered a day early and all of my paperwork arrived soon after. The only problem was that I did not get to meet them and thank them in person. I am loving my new ride thanks to them. I would highly recommend Volderman based on my experience with both of these lovely women!!

Great Customer service! I'm from Kalamazoo and drove all the way to Fort Wayne because of all the good reviews and I bought a used car from them and didn't buy the warranty on it and 10 days later the transfer box went bad which was going to cost me$1200 to get it fixed however, they paid for it to get it fixed. Chad called the mechanic that it was at and took care of it for me. They are very helpful and all they care about is their customer's satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good car with reasonable price.
