This store has everything. Comics, beads, clothes, rocks, albums, new/used books. There's even a stuffed animal room. A very unique place too I try to take my friends who have never been on campus before there.

There's a reason this place is so popular. That have so much cool stuff and such a diverse stock. I love the stuffed basement of books, the large sticker supply, and the huge variety of beads.

There is an amazing selection of things here. New and used books, neat clothes, jewelry making supplies, various stones, a large selection of music, and a room full of plushies!

Vons is a great place to go if you love books, comic books, or hand crafted stuff. The best part is the stacks in the basement, great older books for cheap college student prices.

My favorite bookstore in Indiana. A state treasure. Deep, eclectic selection with a focus on more academic works. Used stock in the basement. Enormous inventory sometimes overflows into the aisles. Get the discount card and plan to take some time.

Von's has a great selection of new books, but if you have the time you should really head downstairs to the used book area. Between the two, I've usually been able to find not only the book I was interested in but also several books that I found along the way. Von's also has a beading section, a geology/gemstone section, clothing and jewelry, greeting cards, comics, and other gifts. Definitely recommended for gift-giving and also a fun browse/personal shopping experience.

Von knows his stuff. You can always call ahead to see if they have what you need and they'll put it to the side for you. Or you can go in at the last minute and they'll find it for you pretty quickly (or let you know they don't have it).

They were really busy but still took time to quickly teach me how to get started making my own jewelry. I ended up making some really beautiful things my first try- I'm hooked now but would have bought all the wrong things without their help.

I love this place. It's my favorite bookstore, used and new. In fact it might be my favorite spot in West Lafayette. If you're a book lover, you'll love Von's Books!

New Books, Used books, CD's, Vinyl, Comics, beads, brick-a-brac galore.

No matter how obscure the title, you can be relatively sure that Vons will cover it. The entire facility has an eclectic mix of music, jewelry, clothing, books. My entire family can find browsing interests, and it's a great place to find gifts for that hard-to-buy-for co-worker or relative.

I love looking for old sci-fi novels here! Their used book selection is enormous and I've discovered new authors and some lesser - known books by famous authors here. I've also picked up some well-loved classics here at a great price, in the used book section. They also have a big selection of newer books upstairs, which can be a little pricey (but no more so than at big chains like Barnes and Noble). I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new favorite book or author.
