Called for an appt to get an estimate to replace my top on my 1990 Mustang GT convertible. Went on and on about how busy they were and how long it would take to get it in. Finally got them to take a look at it and the whole time he went on and on about how busy they were and how long it would take. When I did get an estimate, I was shocked at how much it was. They were basically jerks about it. Decided I was not going to beg someone to work on my car. Went to Garret Auto Trim and had a new top at half Fabinni's quote in about two weeks. They act like they are the only game it town.

They have done interior electronics and back up sensors for me in a CRV & an Outback. Fantastic performance, could not tell it wasn't factory installations. Great service and communication; Very Professional A+

Terrible customer service. Old grey haired man was rude and wasn't listening to my question. I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment and if so how many days out were they. He told me repeatedly they couldn't give me an estimate for repair until they looked at it. When I asked again, so you can't tell me when I can schedule an appointment he told me I was being very vague. Was apprehensive about going here after reading the reviews, gladly they did not work on my project. Called Jack's auto and trim after leaving, took 1 phone call and he took care of me.

Arrogance runs from owner down. Screwed up my wife's new convertible top they installed. Overpriced anyway, I took my car to have canvas on convertible replaced for 1/2 the price. Do not recommend.

Took my car there to get the rear seats reupholstered. I figured b/c I was there and my interior was out I might as well have them install new speakers for my car. I got the car back 12 days later. My car was hacked up. My interior had glue all over the place and the speaker covers were broken off. On top of that. They installed equipment that we DID NOT TALK ABOUT. They put a 4 channel amp instead of a 5 channel amp so now my speakers sound horrible. My turn signals do not work nor does my hazard light or my boost gaugeGuess why??? They didn't put the wires and connectors back in the right spot. I took my car to another interior shop last week and they quoted me over
$3k just for the DAMAGE FROM FABINIS. IF you have any questions about my experience I would be more than happy to share. I have all the texts messages between an employee of theres and myself with him acknowledging he DID NOT PUT IN WHAT WE TALKED ABOUT AND THE NEW DAMAGE TO MY INTERIOR. i was told they would try to make it right. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND I AM NOW 5K IN THE HOLE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!. Beware they will ruin your classic car!!!! I had to take my car to another shop to do the speakers and stereo the right way. BEWARE OF FABINIS. i will send pictures and proof to anyone who wants to see the HACK JOB they did on my car.
