Wescom has one of the nicest and accomodating staff. This branch can get very busy but under the pressure they still maintain a professional and warm attitude towards members.

I have been with Wescom since 1999 and it's by far the best bank. I like all their benefits: Coin machine changer in the bank that you can use for free. You get 2 free notary republic stamps per year. I never have to pay any stupid fees. I think the longest I waited in line was 4 minutes, but that was on a Friday after 5pm. Everyone in the bank is so super nice, no matter what branch you visit. One day I lost my debit card so I went to the bank, they canceled the card and gave me a new card within 10 minutes. Awesome bank! Awesome service! Wesom, Rocks!

My experience was generally positive. The wait was not very long and the teller that helped me was fast and knowledgable. The processes of what we needed to do seemed to take longer than expected but the experience was generally positive.
