It's a good neighborhood watering hole. Good music always playing too. I just cant give it 4 stars because to me The Wild Goose will always be a rundown strip club near LAX.

Phenomenal food and a constantly challenging menu, great spirits no matter the budget and the help wasn't half bad either. Happy hour starts earlier than most. Tacos on Tues kick ass

More bar these days than gastro pub, especially on weekends. Good scene, low hassle factor but be prepared for heavy drinkers and way too loud music for spot without dance floor. Don't plan on getting a "table for 4" since there's one long, high top table with 8 stools and one booth for 4, plus some 2-toppers and bar seating. That said it's better than a 3, whatever that connotes.

Food = excellent. Atmosphere = not my taste. The taxidermy animals and bras were an interesting experience.

Too crowded, although really good for ending up at some chicks house by the end of the night

Nice atmosphere , good drinks. I had Don Julio Margaritas. If you like Margaritas you should try this one. We were on Tuesday Tacos day. The tacos are pretty good. The had a variety of them. I will come back there if we are in the area.

Very good classic burger from the happy hour menu. Large selection of whiskeys.

The atmosphere was perfect for an after Costa Mesa dinner. The music selection is especially bomb on a date night. Or any occasion matter of fact. Better then 3 stars hands down.

This place is pretty smokey and crowded. The food is decent but the ambience is so-so.

Great burgers great breakfast sandwich good beers good crowd during the day and afternoon. It's a good "local" and has a touch of pub class honestly.

Good place to go to dress down or dress up and just have cocktails with people you want to chat with. Mealtimes a bonus if you're watching sports plenty of TVs if you're into that but honestly just a good Pub.
