Worst customer service ever. I really didn't believe poor reviews before I had experience with it, but it happens just now. I spent waiting for the shuttle almost about 4 hours in a day. I called them to get the shuttle but what they did is 'thank you for your patience.' Even though they said a shuttle will be there in 30 mins but I still didn't get it after 1 and half hour.
Worst experience ever. I'll never do business with Jack Daniels again.response / report this review -

WARNING!! Please read reviews before choosing this place. This is the worst car service establishment i have ever been to in my life. Stay AWAY!!!!! Michelle especially is the worst i'v dealt with!

This place is exceptional. The location is very convenient and the front-end staff is pleasant, however I often find myself waiting 10-15 minutes or even more to be helped because the front-end seems to be understaffed.

So far so good here, both gentlemen I’ve dealt with at the counter, as well as a cashier, have all been very friendly and communicated well throughout the service regarding timeline and what to expect. They do a great job washing the car too when they’re finished.
So far I’ve brought our 2017 GTI Sport in here for its 10K mile service and an adaptive headlight issue which they repaired free of charge under warranty.
If you’re nervous about having your VW/Audi serviced at a “dealer,” I also highly recommend Drive Auto Works in Clifton, NJ. They haven’t worked on our new GTI yet but, over the past few years, they’ve always done great work at fair prices on our old Audi and VW Corrado. And if I ever plan to modify the GTI, I’ll bring it to DAW, they just know what they’re doing when it comes to aftermarket parts installation and service.response / report this review -

I am not happy with their service as they replaced the engine oil and oil filter, and did not replace the oil filter when we left I checked if there is a new filter but it was old, they Lied to my

I had come to NJ from upstate NY to go shopping, on the way my service reminder came on so I Google'd the closest VW dealer as I had a lot of driving to do that night and following day. Jack Daniels VW took my car in right away, did what had to be done quickly and efficiently. The best part? Twice I was asked if I would like coffee, water or any other beverage by a very friendly staff member. The car came out of service department washed, dryed, vacuumed with the Monster Mats power washed. My upstate NY dealer wouldn't dream of doing this..I will combine my future shopping trips with my scheduled service visits just to use this dealership. It was that good. I've owned Lexus and many other brands, no one comes close to the friendly, fast service I received.

It seems this fine establishment skipped their customer service classes! I cannot believe how poorly customers are treated here. I wish there was a no star rating because i feel like the one star is too much.

Never go here , I have done my 40k service two weeks back and paid arnd $850. Now I am hearing a sound from the front while breaking , and they asking more money to fix it. The worst service I ever had in my life , I will never go here and I do t recommend this to any one .

The worst ever dealer and service center I have ever seen in my life. Better if you deal with any other dealers for your auto needs. Still if you want to go with this dealer, experience it and enjoy. 😊
