I had a dent in the back of my truck. Grant was great to work with. They gave me a competitive quote, they worked with my insurance company and did an excellent job of repairing the dent, and I got my truck back a day ahead of schedule. I hardly had to do anything. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Brought in my car after a minor bumper collision through Statefarm Insurance. I went to a few other places in town when I got my quotes. This place had the best customer service. The person doing the quote did a wonderful job answering all my questions. Dropped my car off on a Monday and I was able to pick it up Wednesday morning. If I were paying for my car rental during that time that would have saved me a ton of money :). The work looked great and matched the old paint well. Will update if the paint job does not hold up.

BAD BAD BAD!!! Dropped truck off for repairs on Jun 15 with a pick up date of Jun 24. Went in on the 25th to find work had not even started. They said it was due to insurance not getting back to them about pricing differences. Yeah, not even a call to me to let me know of the delay. So I called the insurance company. Insurance company stated that they were told by VOELZ that the work was completed already! What a scam! Stay away from this company! Ridiculously terrible Customer Service and their quote was twice what the insurance quote was. I mean i understand being a little higher but double. Lastly I had a gas cap door quoted (since I thought they would already be painting the truck) $280 For the little door that covers the gas cap!?! Really!?!!!!
