Horrible service, Mani/Pedi was done so bad..over charged,, first and last time there.. I paid $235.00 & $40.00 tip for 4 of us in the wedding party including the bride.. we will NEVER GO BACK!!!!

I love Vo's, but when I call to make an appointment, that's just it, I should have first priority! I know they want to get as much business as possible, but if an appointment is made with a certain worker, that person should stay with you until they have finished! When appointments are made, there should be a certain amount of time allotted for that appointment. Then if someone walks in needing something extra, they should have to wait since they have not made an appointment or let someone else help them other than the person you made appointment with.
I have heard others complain about this as well, so it's not just me!

Did not have a great experience with the full set I was in the middle of getting. The woman glued the nail extension to my skin not my nail and I knew it was going to hurt when she started with the file. I just got up and paid they charged me even though she wasn't even halfway through the process. And of course she was yelling and the other employees took her side trying to ask what was wrong with the job. Will not be returning. They are too pricey to begin with because they are in a small area with less options will be taking my business to panama city. Thanks.
