Staying her right now love it two pools and spas both heated rooms spacious and clean with two young kids it's perfect

We are currently staying here. Got back to our room and both of our keys did not work. There is no system.for dealing with this and we were locked outside our room for an hour and a half. No emergency operator, no security walking around. It was completely unstaffed.
Finally we were able to contact the last member of our party and they had to leave their event early. Thankfully that key worked ( we had to replace it earlier because that key has also discontinued working).
There needs to be some way of dealing with this because it is too common of to have zero way to contact anyone.response / report this review -

Great quaint resort! Quiet with great clean suites that are comfortable with pretty views! Parking has covered garages which is great in the 100+ weather! Will return! Staff courteous and helpful!

This place is amazing. They got classic video games, tennis and a nice pool. They have fruits on trees which is also a plus. Great stay. Rooms are clean and homely. Service is first class and respectable

So excited to stay at the Vista Mirage! We have a two bedroom unit with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The grounds are well kept and maintained. There are two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Tennis Courts, and a Ping Pong Table. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We had dinner at a popular and trendy restaurant, just four minutes away. The next day, we spent the afternoon at a local museum and explored the area. We are so happy that so many shops and restaurants are so close to this vacation resort.

My family and I stayed for multiple days at the Vista Mirage. We wanted a vacation place that could handle our larger family with a kitchen where we could cook some of own meals and multiple bedrooms where we could have some privacy. We wanted a clean resort with swimming pools and a quiet property. We got what we wanted and more. The villa was great, clean, and well equipped with a full kitchen, dining table, two bedrooms and a pull out couch. We were steps away from two pools, a tennis court, and table tennis. The location was a quiet smaller resort with private parking, within Palm Springs and easy access to the local stores and restaurants. The staff was among the friendliest we've encounteed. We had a good time.

Convenient & close to downtown. Could be better if there is 24h reception, cleaning/room service only 2 days out of the week. Otherwise, lovely amenities like pools, ping pong tables, and plenty of grills for barbeques.

This is a clean. Super service. Large rooms. 2 pools.2 spas.games.close to anything. Market. Stores. Restaurants. I've been coming here since it was built 1990

Great resort I visit with my family yearly as my parents own a time share here. Would give it five stars, but the pull out couch I slept on wrecked me last night. Could be more shade by the pool too Still a chill place to stay. Typically older crowd and families.

The Vista Mirage Resort was nice find. The room was spacious and functional. The room was clean and well kept if not the fanciest or most updated. The shower left a lot to be desired. Service was pleasant, responsive and helpful every step of the way. The area was quiet and restful but still located relatively convenient to the convention center as well as grocery stores and a few restaurants. Our trip was in mid March and the pool was heated and ready for use.

Big Rooms but not clean, Worst bathrooms I have ever seen. They need full upgrade; not worth the price we paidBetter to stay in a hotel. Won't recommend to anyone, paid high maintenance fee for a very dirty unit:(
