Excellent sales experience with Briana Reynolds. Friendly, unpressured sales environment. I would recommend Briana and Vista to anyone seeking a new or used vehicle.
This is probably the best dealership that I have ever been associated with. Definitely worth the hour and a half drive from Granby. Thanks everyone.
As of now not happy. I do know this from experience more than once in 21 years it takes about 15 minutes to get a diagnostic on any vehicle from a jet motor all the way down to an automobile motorcycle and AutoZone will do it for free and it don't take all day. OK I see that they are living up to the reviews I'm reading and it's really starting to scare me. Department head called me said I will call you back before I leave well that never happens. Let's see what day 2 brings me. I'm out 1200 for not being able to work. 300 in motel fees staring out today I'm 1600 in not being able to work and 400 in motel fees.
I was so happy with my buying experience at this dealership today. We drove the three hours from Gunnison to work with Briana as she was upfront and honest. We got to the dealer and found the exact truck we had looked for, no discrepancies. I appreciated how quickly Briana responded to calls, emails, and text messages before we traveled to the dealer. Briana's manager was pleasant, Shane in finance made our purchase quick and painless while answering all of our questions. Merlin was was great to chat with while paperwork was being drawn up. We really appreciated working with Vista and will contact them in the future for purchases.
Seth Cohen was an excellent salesperson and the finance staff were great. I also appreciated the general manager and his attention to my needs.
I have brought both my Jeep Overland and Dodge Ram 2500 to this dealer for service and other issues. You hope for the astronomical service rates they get you can count on professional and personable service. Not the case here. I always feel like I'm inconveniencing them and they just don't really care about providing good service. I'm a loyal Chrysler customer and I'll be driving down to Denver with my business. Typical Summit County, mediocre service and half-ass effort.
I had some work done and the oil was supposed to be changed as well. They charged me for changing the oil but did not. I am now getting alerts that the oil needs to be changed.
I feel like this is border line criminal charging for work that was not done.
They also do not pick up the phone as I have called every hour for the past four hours and no one picks up or returns calls
Not only did the service department get me in the same day for an emergency service but they also had someone drive all the way to Denver to get the parts for me and get me back on the road. I did have a problem with the service department after the work and they took care of me when I was 2000 miles away! Excellent work you are one of the good ones!
Very dissatisfied with the sales department. Talked with the general manager over the phone and came to an agreed price on a used car. I made the 2 hour drive to vista and find out that they added to our agreed price AND charged a $600 dealer fee that was never mentioned by anyone at vista. Sky-high finance "origination fee" of almost 10% is ridiculous. The car also had two different mechanical problems that were not mentioned.
I wrote the manager an e-mail explaining my concerns, but never heard back.
Typical dishonest and sneaky dealership. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere
Got my first Wrangler at Vista Jeep. Alan Yarborough and Merlin Dickeson were great help. If you're looking for a team who will get you the vehicle you want at a great price, go see these guys!
Great service and really helpful. They walked me through the parts I needed for a specific upgrade for my Jeep. They did the work, and even figured out that I could get away with a cheaper option, and they took care of everything. The work was on-time, under-budget and executed perfectly.
40 years driving cars. Worst car repair experience EVER! Vista gave me a damage estimate and a 4 day time frame. They had my jeep for 2 entire months. I had to return it twice to have them fix their own repairs. Once with no steering fluid, making horrendous noises they couldn't seem to hear. (Not sure what their '20 point' checklist covers). And, supposedly, I had their 'best' mechanic doing the work. My car still does not run how it should, but I will not go back to this 'repair' shop.
Just a terrible ongoing experience with these people. Vista Jeep has awful service and follow up. I tried so hard to work with these people. It's not just one person at Vista Jeep, it's the culture. Do not take your vehicle here for warranty work or service work. In addition, there isn't a reason to believe the rest of the dealership is any better. I have talked to others that have had the same experience (I wish I knew this before I took my vehicle there). They will not follow up with you and when you finally get a hold of them they give you the runaround. My vehicle was not taken care of the correct way and they pretend they are still working on figuring something out (it's been months now). They do not return phone calls and rarely emails. I had to keep calling them in order to get information and what they gave me was incorrect and or misleading. I had to call Chrysler CUSTOMER SERVICE direct to get information on what was going on. Chrysler called Vista and then Chrysler called me back with what was going on. Chrysler gave me the information right away which is when I found out that Vista Jeep flat out lied to me. This is a very bad dealership to work with. BUYER BEWARE. From management to the entry level employee (in service) absolutely the worst. Don't risk it. Drive a bit and take your vehicle to a reputable dealership. If this review helps one person, then it was worth it.
