Great customer service. I came here because it was the only place open on Sunday. Shafi was wonderful and able to plug the hole in my tire and get it back on my car in under 15 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Great job, definitely an honest shop. Our car was leaking oil and we did not know why, turns out it was just a valve that needed replacement when it could have been way worse. Will definitely be back for anything we need

I was able to come in on a Sunday and get a tire repair (from an embedded bolt!) for an extremely affordale price! The staff was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Weekend salvation!
We shredded a tire in the tunnel and had AAA give us a tow to Silverthorne. This was the only shop I could find that was open on Saturday. They were slammed but the two guys working that day made quick work of helping us confirm the tire could not be patched and that we had to use the spare. We were in and out in under 45 mins.response / report this review -

Labor Day weekend, my family and I decided to go camping at Horsetooth Campground. After a VERY scary shimmy down into Silverthorne just outside of the Eisenhower Tunnel, my brakes were
D-O-N-E. I was terrified to head home after the weekend, and even more worried that I wouldn't be able to find a shop open on a holiday weekendmuch less a Saturday. The gentlemen at JH Mountain were not only fairly priced, but the work was done quickly while my daughter and I waited. I was grateful to the shop owner and his fantastic staff for their knowledge of what was needed, workmanship, work ethic, and integrity. We were pleased to drive home with confidence knowing that we were well taken care of. Thank you - thank you - thank you JH Mountain! You saved us from the scary shimmy home. My vehicles transfer case blew up about a mile north of them in June. It was painstakingly obvious this was the issue. They were the closest shop and told me they didn't know when they could look at it. I assumed that meant it might take a week or two. I got a phone call each week saying next week they would get to it. 42 days after I dropped off my jeep they said they had finally diagnosed it, and that they would order a transfer case for it. A week goes by and they say that the transfer case they received was the incorrect one, and they would get it sorted out. At the end of another week they say that they aren't a capable of fixing this and would have to mail it to Denver to have work done on it, have it mailed back, and then they could install it. A few days of them calling shops, and they finally found one, but it would cost upwards of 3K dollars. Mind you I had a Chrysler dealership install a new transfer case two years ago for $800. I tell them that the vehicle isn't worth that, but I am going on a week and a half family vacation over seas. I am informed I will be charged a 30 dollar a day storage fee since I am declining the work. My vehicle was completely immobile and when I arrived to tow it, I had an 850 dollar bill for them to diagnose my vehicle, store my vehicle for 12 days, and re stock a transfer case that they ordered and were then unable to repair properly. No work was done to my jeep and it cost me $850 dollars, after 60+ days of being told that it would be sorted out next week. I would steer clear from here.

These guys are great! I burned my brakes up pulling a trailer that was too heavy formy truck. The replaced my brakes at a fair price, plus Todd, the owner, took me on a mountain test drive with the trailer to teach me how to use the engine to slow the vehicle. Everybody in the shop was awesome. I highly recommend them.

Very VERY impressed. Humble, Understanding, and Accommodating. Great work on my brakes and roter's. Fair price's as well!! Was able to use bus system around Silverthorne nicely while my car was being worked on.

VERY VERY HONEST!! Our car stalled out traveling up skiing. We pulled into JH Mountain Auto and although they were very busy, they got us in and on the slopes on time. We thought it was a fuel pump issue and after they diagnosed it the pump was fine. They did a full diagnosis, tightened up a loose wire, made some adjustments, and we were good to go. They could have easily charged me for a $1200 fuel pump and we left for a minor diagnosis charge. Thank you Camil!

Last week we arrived in Silverthorne with a bad radiator hose and the engine of our Jeep overheating. After calling a couple shops who were either too busy to get us in or too busy to answer the phone, I got in touch with JH Mountain and they said they could take a look at it. The guy I spoke with said they were short-handed, but they would call as soon as possible. The guys got me back on the road by the end of the day. After having a major dealership take over four days to diagnose and repair a relatively simple component I was very please with the quick, super courteous, reasonably priced repair that JH Mountain Auto provided.

Was heading to steamboat for birthday celebration and brakes went out on 70 right outside of Silverthorne. These guys got us in and put new brakes on my car in two hours! So awesome! Birthday wasn't ruined thanks to them!
