  They work very fast ! I always love my eyebrows. They never take off too much hair and give you alo Vera gel afterwards !!!

  Horrible the service they gave me today, a terrible attitude, I wonder if I would wax another part of my face and when I told her that if she started doing it with the thread, I told her I'm sorry but I preferred wax and I could see how upset she was On top of that, I don't comb or trim my eyebrows, I don't ask if I wanted the aloe vera that they apply to the shaved area and to top it all off when I was about to pay I wonder if I would leave a tip, I said yes, and when she turns the screen for me to select the amount he gets upset and yells at me ma'am, ma'am. how much, how much 3 dollars, 4 dollars, 5 dollars, how much, how much. I have been visiting this place for around 5 years. I moved out of the area and now I drive 40 minutes to come to this place to show up and be treated like that? absolutely not. this was my last visit. Mrs. ADMIN, modify your treatment with clients so that your business remains open.

  Skip this place and go to Salima's! No customer service what so ever. The 2 older women who work here both act like they really don't want to work hereodd. then just don't work here ? The day before Eid I called ahead for waxing. Was told I could come in 30 mins and they could get me in. I get there and am told because they have walk ins and it's almost closing time (I had 30 mins to spare) they couldn't get me in. I was told this by the owner. Mind you I got there at the time THEY told me to come. And the 2nd woman had left leaving just the owner. If you can't deliver then just be honest over the phone instead of wasting customers time. So I walked out and decided to call around. Salima's salon was open until 9PM! Lady on the phone said I could come right over and they'd get me in. True to their word, they did! Skip this place. Go to Salima's!!!

  Went in to get a trim, the younger ladies weren't there only the older lady with the glasses who is very rude and obviously should not be cutting hair at all. She refused to acknowledge she didn't do a good job, I don't believe she even knows how to thread or cut hair, gave my hair three snips and said she was done. I should have left when the lady before me left with a red face extremely upset at how she agreesively threaded and messed up her eyebrows, the old owner was great , the old woman that is there now is horrible, do not waste time and money in this place.
