  My wife and I were looking for a jewelry store where we could have her original wedding ring repaired or replaced. On the recommendation of a young newly married couple who purchased their wedding rings from Fox Fine Jewelry we went into the store and from the very first moment we loved everything about Fox Fine Jewelry. Every staff member, as well as, Karen Fox were friendly, professional, experienced, gave great information and most importantly, listened to what we wanted. There was never any push to make a purchase and they respected and worked within our budget. Once a decision was made for what I wanted (to surprise my wife) with the great help and recommendation from Skye, excellent follow up and renderings for final approval were provided. They were on time with the final product in time for celebrating our 41st anniversary. My wife was thrilled with her repaired original wedding ring which she was aware of and was speechless with the beautiful custom made wedding ring that was a surprise. Thank you to everyone at Fox Fine Jewelry.

  Fox Fine Jewelry exceeded my expectations once again. They worked with me to create my dream custom anniversary ring two years ago - and it was all done long-distance since I live across the country. Their great communication, commitment to excellent customer service, and amazing craftsmanship has made me a customer for life. They recently resized my ring for me and replaced the crown on my engagement ring. Both jobs were handled beautifully. It’s wonderful to have jewelers I can trust. Thank you, Fox Fine Jewelry!

  I have a beautiful heirloom family ring, over 100 years old! I noticed one of the diamonds was loose. I took it to a jeweler who suggested making the setting sturdier.
  Sadly when I got my ring back it no longer looked like my ring! I was heartbroken! I put it away and forgot about it.
  Then one day while shopping at fox fine jewelry I showed them my ring. She was so nice and helpful!
  She had her jeweler look at it and he said he could restore it!
  I literally was in tears when I saw my ring! It looked exactly like it should!
  They restored it perfectly! I now wear my ring and know my daughter will wear it also!!
  Thank you Fox Fine Jewelry for restoring the ring! Not just for me, but for other generations to enjoy also!

  Fox repaired my Tiffany bracelet for a fraction of the cost it was with Tiffany. The repair was timely and reasonable. Also their staff is so friendly, they really help you find items in budget and of amazing quality.

  Love coming to Fox Fine Jewelry for any repairs. Staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. They're a true gem in our community. They have such unique pieces too! Can't wait to pay off my ring they had from 1918. Much rather support a true Ventura County small business than going to a commercial jewelry store.
