I just had the worse shopping experience.i purchased what they sold to me as a 14k solid gold11mm 51g 8.5 cuban link bracelet to find out 10 minutes later that it really was 8mmi tried returning the item due to leading me to buy the item through false information and they DENIED!!!! RETURNING MY MONEY why would a reputable store not want theyre item back just 10 minutes after selling it.i will verify the authenticity of the gold and if it happens that its not gold and thats why they didnt want to take theyre item back i will be seeking legal action.

Stay away from this place you will regret making any type of purchase here.

Today I went in with my fiance to upgrade the ring I purchased from Fox less than a year ago. (Ana assisted me then). Before purchasing the 1 ct round diamond, Ana told me that if we ever decided to upgrade, that Fox Jewelry would offer me the full price of my initial purchase towards my new upgrade. The owner appeared to want to build a relationship with us at that time. Today, however, assuming we had established a relationship with Fox, we decided to return to Fox to upgrade. Unfortunately, we realized that the owner did not care about the relationship since we were NOT offered anything near the price we paid for our ring. In fact, we told him that another jeweler nearby had offered us more than he was offering us for his OWN ring. So, the owner told us to go elsewhere! He didn't care to lose a customer.
We went elsewhere, and yes, we gave our business to someone else.
