We have been using VIP now for over 3 years and we love it. Anytime we have a question or have a problem with something the response to fix it is immediately. At VIP they do amazing work.

Mark has got it right! Best Shop Manager software out there! After speaking to Mark from our first phone conversation He had me convinced on the software. VIP is well thought out with the user in mind (Tech or Writer). My personal favorite thing about VIP is the online integration with multiple vendors. Cuts down on phone time and speeds up productivity on getting estimates built and e-mailed in a timely fashion. Biggest bang for the buck!

Bought product at Gen 3, great! Updates improved certain aspects but took away very useful components. Now at Gen 5 and even more items taken away. Now have to pay to even more to give the company advise to make the product better on their own behest so they can make more money. I highly recommend this platform providing they update to allow more typing area for all fields and free suggestive feedback.
