  This place is a joke! Last time I ordered from there They sent me the completely wrong food. I decided to give them one more chance. bad move. the young girl that answered the phone the first time was very rushed and rude when taking my order. Then when my food finally arrived, it was missing my cheesecake. Understandable it is just a piece of cake but I paid for it so I wanted what I had paid for. When I called back to let them know, again the young girl made me repeat myself 3 times as to what happened. Didn't think it was that hard to understand. So once they finally comprehended what I was saying, she said it would be on it's way. I thanked the delivery driver and put my cheesecake in the fridge. I just opened my "cheesecake' to find a half-eaten grinder. This place needs to get it's act together.

  Food is the best by far around town but if you're in a rush for a pickup or delivery, have fun calling them about 100 times before they pick up. I order from them quite often and most of the time the line is busy. Today I tried calling and each time I stayed on the phone waiting for them to pick for at least 3 minutes each. I called about 15 times. I decided to order from somewhere else. Not worth the wait.

  When Vinny's first opened, I thought that a pizza place was the last thing Torrington needed - we have more than enough places to get good pizza. Despite my initial feelings, Vinny's has become my go-to place for a slice and a soda. The pizza reminds me of the kind I used to enjoy on Long Island. Consistently terrific food, affordable choices, and friendly servers.

  FYI They close 30 mins before their google times and are rude when you try to order real nice place lol scumbags youre pizza is raunchy anyways

  Worthless Website says one thing - they do something else. Why post your hours when you know full well you're going to close 15 minutes beforehand. Which just happens to be 9:45 on a Friday night. Must DEFINITELY be your grand-dads pizza shop.

  A quiet and cozy place. With excellent food. My family and I eat here multiple times a week. There free food delivery is quick.
