Best front office and maintenance staff on Earth! Greatly enjoyed their breakfast as well, they had bagels, pastries and they had an assortment of juices and coffee. We had a one bedroom one bath. We had a microwave and a fridge that all worked beautifully. The room was fairly small but had a Queen sized bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom shower was amazing and to be honest, the place hasn't been recently remodeled but it is amazing and just off Angela and Duval and this makes it very convenient to get to everything by foot. I love the fact that I could easily walk down to Walgreens or anywhere within minutes!

The rooms are clean and neat and well taken care of. The staff from the front office to tge cleaning staff are amazing! So friendly and kind. I talked to them every morning like we were old friends. Breakfast includes a pastry, coffee,bagels, an assortment of juices and water!

What a lovely, quirky, off-beat, totally Key West group of cottage-style residences. We stayed for a week and a half in unit three.
Simona the property manager is charming and her staff is great. Crisp clean sheets on beds, loads of towels, nice toiletries.
We absolutely loved it.

Great friendly little place. Perfect location. Just not the biggest room. The listing and the pics were not quite what was expected. But loved the pool and patio. And clean !!

Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff, excellent location in walking distance of almost everything of interest in Old Town. The pool and courtyard were a welcome oasis at the end of the day. We would definitely stay there again when spending time in Key West.
