  I wish I could give a no-star rating! I had an appointment for a hair cut for 1:45 p.m. on Friday. I left at 2:10 p.m. This is NOT a doctor's office, it's a HAIR SALONthey truly need to keep to the appointment schedule.
  
  When I said I was leaving, the receptionist looked surprised that I was not willing to wait 20+ minutes for my stylist. I will never recommend this salon to anyone!

  Went today for the first time after reading reviews here. Salon was lovely! Front staff was super nice and friendly. Had my hair done by Lucy and she was AWESOME! Can't wait to go back and try some of their other services! Def a must try if you are looking for a little nier salon with decent prices.

  Was looking for a salon to give my daughter a wonderful bridal experience to be pampered on her special day and I found Village Salon and Spa. They were so helpful to set up a group appointment for myself and all the girls and they pampered all of us. I highly reccomend them for the special care and treatment that they give. Go ahead spoil yourself we did!!!!

  Reserved a manicure for girlfriend for a special evening, which was later ruined. Showed up 5 minutes before appointment, just to be standing/sitting in a waiting room for over half an hour. What's the point of calling in for an appointment? Just to wait when we get there? I manage a million+ company and this is not how customer service should be. Today's event was unjustifiable, will not be returning.

  Lucí did my perm I was so nerves since it was my first time getting one but she made me feel relaxed and Jasmine helped as well she was really nice and funny 😁 Will definitely go back.

  Luci has been my hair stylist for years. She has great taste and gives great advice! She's simply the best! Most recently I have been getting eyelash extensions by Tarrah. It is a truly relaxing experience and I get so many compliments. Simply put, it's a great place!
