Awesome facilty! Clean! Great staff! They even accept my UPS packages so I dont have to go pick them up later at UPS. Easy access to the unit as well

I would suggest that if you need to have a reliable storage facility, you should stay away from this one.
They are never there to answer the phone so you are transferred to a call center who sends them a message to call you back. Unfortunately, they never call back. I have two units there that I have not been able to access because they say I have a past due balance. I have all the information to give them to show that i am paid in full but they never call back to give them the information. So now my units are hostage to these morans
