Great food. Cheap prices. Very clean. Love the all you can eat selection.
On outside it says all you can eat buffet for 9.95, so be aware it has like 6 items, i was like it’s fine anyways I wouldn’t more 3 curries, then i see there isn’t even raita or curd. Every item tastes like sweet, i get you want to please Americans to their spicy level but what is food if it isn’t authentic, there wasn’t any difference between chicken tikka masala and chicken butter masala
Had the brunch for lunch. Good Tika Marsala, Tandori chicken and other dishes. They bring you a basket of fresh flat bread - not nana but another Indian bread. Food was good Indian authentic. I have been here another time I was down from Washington and expect I would stop again on a future visit.
I recommend this place for lunch and probably for dinner though I haven't eaten dinner here.
Clean, service is okay. I had Vindaloo, chicken masala and paneer kadhai. Vindaloo had large chunks of onions not properly cooked, the chicken masala tasted as it was made from some ready to cook powder, same thing with the Gobi Manchurian
Some good butter chicken though I would like it if they went back to the old Togo containers.
Poor customer service. Indian restaurants in Mira mesa are far better than this one. We went there for buffet, didn't like atleast one item in the entire setup.
I used to frequent this location a lot, going nearly once a week for almost 3 years. After a long hiatus, I decided to check it out again. With new faces in the restaurant, new prices and flavors of food appeared as well. The prices have gone up, while the portions and flavor has gone down. Even came back a couple more times, but all with flops. Tried out the lunch buffet recently and that was that for this place. Maybe ill come back in a few years, but for now I need to find a new place.
I strongly feel the 4 and 5 star reviews are either from over excited westerns who might have very limited knowledge on the authentic indian food or paid reviews by outsourcing companies run for this purpose. I give 1 star mainly for their naan.
Today we went there for their lunch buffet and the menu/variety of food is very limited. Even though I tasted indian food around the globe, this is the very first time I came to know that one can cook meat (both chicken and beef) without any taste. Don’t go there only because its $11 per person during the weekend. Try it elsewhere.
I couldn’t believe that the so called “rice pudding” (previously left over white rice mixed with sugar, milk and essence) is the only deserts in a buffet. Common guys :(
Food is decently good & fresh. First time here, will come back. Minus 1 star for the lack of customer service. Needs to be a little cheerful to customers
I've been here for the lunch buffet, and for the dinner special. If you're looking for the best Indian food, keep looking. This place calls itself "bare bones," and they're being honest. But they have a decent paneer tika masala. The rice is real basmati rice, the naan is real naan, and for how cheap this place is, they deserve five stars. I have no complaints about the facility or the staff.
Pretty quickly filled with buffet. The unlimited Naan is a deal breaker for me. Also for dinnertheir combos are quite affordable. 1 dinner portion can feed two people (wife and I) from SE Asia easily. Very generous with their rice. Friendly staff.
The receptionist was very rude. They don't have customer service skills at all. The food was the worst Indian food I have ever had. I wish I had gone to Rubio's at next door instead.
They have a red grilled chicken that my husband and I really liked. The garlic naan was good too. Not many options but what they have is good. Good price is a plus.
Great Indian food. They had an $11 lunch buffet that has great food choices. My go to Indian place.
