The WORST hair salon in existence. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! TRUST ME! Where do I even begin? My hair has been damaged beyond belief from this place and I got it done from them nearly a year agothey FRIED my healthy hair. I asked for a subtle caramel balayage in my very dark and very long brown hair. What I got was the biggest hair nightmare of all time. Not even exaggerating. The stylist was not listening at all to what I was telling her I wanted in my hair, and showing her pictures, instead just looked as if she was done getting high. Completely out of it. I almost left then and really wish I did. She does my hair in huge chunks of brittle looking, tacky, literally YELLOW "highlights"I went back in the following day since I was there past the closing time. All the employees acted as if I were crazy for being upset! They offer to fix it (not very nicely) and spend about 4 hours doing so. Or attempting to do so. The manager is so incredibly rude and made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience. She made my hair even worse!!!!! Yup the biggest nightmare of all time. When I finally left I looked like a skunk with black hair and white and gray highlights from being dyed over so many times. Long story short I had to cut off all of my hair it was that bad. Couldn't even be brushed through it was so dead. The most traumatic hair experience of my life. And I've had my fair share of them.

I've been twice and although the staff seems friendly, both times I went the manager looked like she was quite an unhappy person. I will return only because I've enjoyed the pedicure from Ashley, but the manager needs to learn the importance of a professional appearance.

After moving out of Leominster, I SO appreciate the wonderful prices at this salon. Other salons of similar quality can be double the priceI have been seeing Sarah for years- her cuts and color are fabulous. Better than on newbury at and a third of the cost. There other services are awesome- nails, massage, facials, I've had them all. Highly recommend the mini ritual package, an amazing value. The owner is definitely a little cold and rigid, but who cares. I'm not looking for a friend. Highly recommend!!

The worst Salon experience I have ever had.
I am actually surprised by the other comments stating that they had a good experience. The manager was less than friendly. She acted as if I was a inconvenience.
I consider Rituals Salon & Spa a want to be Spa.

Rituals Day Spa in Leominster is a great experience.

Pedicures, massages, facials, haircuts - worth every penny. Everyone there is friendly and professional, but I have had particularly good experiences with Kaycie (hair) and Michelle (massage).

In town for a wedding, never been to Leominster before. After doing extensive research online, I chose Rituals. I was very impressed by their YouTube video. Gave lots of info. They fit me in that day, I was late getting there mainly due to getting lost and then getting stuck behind a very slow construction vehicle. They were very gracious, said they understood traffic issues. I had a wash and style done, very nicely styled. They also squeezed in a makeup session for which I had no appt. The salon is very clean, very professional. All Aveda products as they advertise. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this lovely spa/salon.
