  My wife and I have been staying at the Villa Riviera for the last 3 years ( 2+months each year ) and have found it to be our Home away from home ! We love our Villa, ,our heated pool, our Oceanside access to take daily beach walks and the close proximity we have to everything else we would ever want or need. But, most importantly, we have grown to love the sense of community that has developed with the people from all over the U.S. and Canada ! We look forward to returning to this " little piece of heaven " each and every year !

  Our family loves Villa Riviera Club. We have visited for a few years consecutively and we highly recommend it. To us, this place is as enjoyable as a cruise ship. The condo and facilities are very clean and well maintained. We would recommend this place to our family and friends!

  We have stayed here happily one month every summer for the last five years, but we will not stay here anymore. The property managers changed last year (the previous manager for many years, Cindy, was fabulous) and the new managers do not manage the property well. They do not return phone calls, and they are not timely with requests for fixing things in the units. The unit we stayed in this year had so much mold and dust in the air duct system and the HVAC filter looked like it had not been changed in one year! My family was sick the entire month from the poor air quality in the unit.
