We drove up and were immediately met by a wonderful man named Derrick Ryals. He listened to what we wanted and we went right to it after a few questions. We test drive and bought it. We could not have had a better experience.

Service @ Vidalia Ford Lincoln was a remarkable experience. Communicated issues to service department and they were very helpful in getting repairs done in timely fashion. No issues concerning visit. Thanks for the courtesy car wash as well!

I had no problem paperwork wise, but about 4 days into me having the car that they actually picked out for me, I was contacted at my job saying I had to give my car back because I was sold the wrong car. Granted the other car was the same model and year, I feel like it wasn't very professional. There was never even an apology for the inconvenience; it was treated as if I had no reason to be upset. It's only been a week and I'm still unsure to if I would refer someone else there.

We had a issue while traveling through and the service team at this dealership went above and beyond to make sure we could get back on the road. They did what was expected and more, even called the next day to make sure that we were still running good and everything!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They got me into a new car with a payment that I was happy with. Financing went smooth as silk. I wasn't deceived and everything was up front and honest. Thank you Vidalia Ford for making everything so easy. I love my car!!! Y'all are the best!!

Anthony was great I got door to door service. My car was delivered right to my door on the same day as I purchase in and I live in Greenville FL. For this to be a Hugh purchase it had to be the easy thing I have ever done.

I love Vidalia Ford, I watched a vehicle online for months. Finally I inquired and everyone from the receptionist to the sales manager was professional. Most dealerships boost about treating their customers like family but at Vidalia Ford they mean it. I live in Statesboro where there are an abundance of dealerships but I drove an hour and would do it again for the service I received from this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership.
