They contacting me several times to make sure I would not miss my 9:30 appointment on 12 - 19 for an oil change. So I get there at 9:15 and at 10:10 my car had not been moved so I got in it and drove off. I was on time for my 9:30 appointment but they were not at all. I would have missed my 11 o clock doctors appointment. Follow up. 12/23, I contacted service department the next morning. the lady told me she would pass this information on to her management and he would call me but he never did.
I really had a great experience here! Ed Rhodes the manager really put my wife and I in the best car possible. My time here was definitely the best car buying experience I ever had.
I was pleased with the attention I received. The offer for trade was fair. The salesman was very diligent and was very attentive. Good people - all the way to the General Manager.
We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Impala. Our salesperson Cathy was extremely helpful as my wife and I went through the selection process. Cathy answered all our questions, showing us all the models in stock, and reviewing all the options and prices. We were treated with the utmost respect, and truly enjoyed buying this car, our first since relocating to Florida. We will definitely return to Victory Layne for our next purchase, and would highly recommend this dealership to our friends.
My experience with the dealership was great. They worked with me in whatever way they could. Cat Freeland was one of the best helpers in there to help me. I would definitely go and buy a car from her and the dealership again. Or I would send anyone that way.
Our Corvette hatch wasn't latching properly. Online forums pointed to the power latch mechanism. We took the car in for that. Service writer Mike had tech look it over, concluding bad strut supports. I found that diagnosis highly unlikely, so was reluctant to have strut arms replaced. Mike assured us that if struts didn't fix the problem, we'd not be charged. Very long story short--struts didn't fix the problem and we were charged anyway, in spite of many promises to refund the charge. Fine, I'll have the latch replaced elsewhere, along with any other business. Very nice guys, but never followed through and life's too short to waste on endless phone calls.
Victory Layne Chevy and all of their staff are the top of the line. They exceed to the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Mike Marlow has been our sales rep for several years, and is always there to help us when needed. This guy responds to his calls and texts, he is ready to help and truthfully cares about his customers! We have had nothing but the best, from all the staff at Victory Layne. We will never go to another dealer. If I could give a 10 star review, I would. They have earned it, and continue to show the excellence in what true customer service means. Thank you once again Mike, and everyone at Victory Layne!!
Great customer service in the service & cashier area! The waiting lounge is comfortable & accommodating with complimentary coffee. The staff works closely with surrounding vehicle rental locations to make sure your vehicle needs are met. Victory Layne Chevrolet's staff is also very knowledgeable, professional and possess great team working skills to get the job done. Great job ladies and gentlemen!
Brought my car in on 4/27/17, repair was quoted at $1100. Turned out to be incorrect. On 5/05, it was requoted at $2400. I was told the part was in stock on 5/05. I gave approval. 2 calls on 5/09, and 1 on 5/10 were not returned. When I drove to the dealership on 5/10, I was told the part just came in. My calls were not returned on 5/11. Car was finally ready 5/12, but at $2621, and with a door ding on the driver door, which they were able to buff out on 5/15. To rub salt in the wound, they did not tighten the exhaust down properly, so the car had to go back again. I wrote a letter to Ms. Layne, which was not acknowledged. I made service management aware that I intended to write the letter, giving them the opportunity to at least honor quotes, etc. Three days later nothing happened, so I mailed the letter, which obviously, didn't matter anyway. The only sincere person I dealt with was Rob W. I cannot bring myself to go back to Victory Layne.
I had a very positive experience this time. Jaime Carrillo and Joe Kendrick did a wonderful job with explaining the process and answering my questions. They took their time and provided me with different options and gave me the opportunity to decide what was best for me. If I had to do this again, I would definitely do business with these 2 guys.
I contacted Joe in Service at 10:30 a.m. He was able to schedule my car for a full detail by 11 a.m. They did an excellent job cleaning the mineral deposits left on my car by a sprinkler system. My car wasn't this shiny when I first bought it. Amazing job and service!
Bruce was awesome. He found every discount and incentive he could and I'm very happy with the final deal on my Equinox.
Bruce got back to me quickly every time and was a pleasure to deal with. I'd highly recommend Victory Layne-ask for Bruce!
The service department would benefit from a call center. You can call and be put on hold 2-3 times before you eventually just give up. I took my car in to have it diagnosed and they said it would be three days. Three days turned into ten days. I purchased my car here and have been a loyal customer ever since, but have since decided to change dealerships. Brian is the only reason that they will get two stars. He worked with me to make me whole. If Brian ever leaves Victory Layne, the service department would probably fail. Customer service is key!
