I'm so bummed I can't write an additional review I can only edit which sucks because there are so many experiences at each store the more reviews a customer can add the better. If I could write an additional review for your Colorado mills mall location I'd give them another 5 star review.
I was in during the 7 for 28 underwear sale. I worked with Sydney, during the sale if you purchased you would receive a scratch ticket with a coupon enclosed.
I got the coupon that said $15 any short sleeve shirt. After browsing for 15 min or so I came to the conclusion none of the short sleeve shirts were really my style.
I asked my rep if instead of getting a short sleeve shirt for $15 if she'd be willing to just take $15 off a long sleeve shirt I had looked at numerous times that was listed for $60. (In my head I was thinking I was expecting too much)
She made it happen!
I know it's not an ideal thing to do but it truly made me as a customer feel valued. She went above and beyond to take care of me as an individual.
Colorado mills mall Victoria's secret has continued to set the expectations high when it comes to customer service.
They are hiring amazing gals to help their customers.

Jessica p helped us on one of the busiest shopping days around, she went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. Even though we were unable to find the size we needed we are so grateful she took the time to call other locations and check their inventory! What a rock star.response / report this review -

The store currently looks like an outlet storenot your typical VS store. They have limited stock and next to no beauty. The associate said it will be like that till around May. I'm looking forward to the renovation.

I had such an awesome shopping experience here. I've been to many, many, many VS stores and I loved the customer service here today. I was greeted, told the sales of the day and wasn't totally harassed while shopping. Typically I walk out because I am bugged to sign up for this or join this or something but that didn't happen today. Great customer service and great experience. I will be returning.

By far the worst customer service of any VS I've ever been to. Usually you get an employee offering help at some point, not even once in the 30+ minutes I was in there was I even acknowledged by an employee. To top that off, the girl running the register was rude and over charged me by 30$. I will never shop this location again.
