MUCH MUCH MUCH better than Leslies Pool Supply. The people here know what theyre doing & theyll walk you through how to fix your pool problems at home. I've used Leslies w/horrible results for years. Litchfield Pool Supply was a very, very, very welcome change!

Pool places suck, but L.P. Pool Supply is the BEST!! They are honest and have the best prices. They Blow AWAY the big chains. They do repair on the spot and have never steered me wrong.

Very pro America and support our military.
10% discount for military and vets because they appreciate the sacrifices they made for us all!

The epitome of greed thrives here. Encountered irritable and dissatisfied staff? Probably because nepotism is the law of the land. The owner pays minimum wage to staff who are overworked, receive no training, and no beneifts. Awful management. The worst. Also, some of the staff have acquired several skills there over the course of time, but aren't compensated a single penny for cash cow services. Sweatshop at its finest. China would be proud. Would be happy to provide more details upon request.

I purchased a home in August that had a pool with a very complex variable speed pump and timer system. I could not figure out how to set and delete cleaning times even with the manual. I contacted Litchfield Park Pool Supply and asked for help. Was told that they have a "Pool School" where they would send someone to my house and run through the entire system with me. Melissa contacted me and asked me to send her photos of my system. The next day she came out and ran me through the entire system and showed me things I had no idea that the pool system could do. She was amazing how much she knew about the system and gave several suggestions on how to save money and prevent parts from breaking down. I always find when I go into the store that everyone is always helpful. I have read some of the other reviews where others were dissatisfied but I have not experienced anything like that.
Thank you Melissa for the great advice regarding my pool.

At first Was happy to know the part for my pool pump, housing was in stock, because it caused leakage and I needed it now. It was $30 more then amazon. but oh well.
That is were good news ended. Waiting 48 hours for 1st appt. with shut off pump was not good, but was not given a choice. Weekends NO service either. First tech replaced housing but failed to look at valve and overall leakage out of union i asked them, saying its normal and he just tightened it. Needless to say, it had air leak that cause not priming issue just 2 days later, which as any pool owner knows heats pump and potentially may ruin it. 2nd warranty appt. was set up after pressuring them saying it has not been corrected first time and pump doesn`t prim for several days. 2nd tech came out and discovered same thing i knew was the problem/air leak at valve that I asked 1st tech to look at ggrr. At first 2nd tech disconnected pump union and connected it back, lubricated some O rings etc.Great! you would think its fixed 2nd time. Nope! worked for 72 hours. And start leaking at the same union again, NOW they refuse LABOR warranty 30 days they claim they have. If you hire them be aware, maybe once they will warranty, but they want to collect labor $85 withing 30 days on same issue is NO warranty. It has been less then 14 days. You would expect higher integrity.

If it was not for Amy this review would be a 1! This was a horrible 9 month experience with people I PAY to provide a service. I tried to keep them employed I really did but it just would not work out. The two last straws were when I called about a bill and then was told the amount i said "wait, that is not right!", and then some very rude boy yelled "this is what happens when you never pay your bill!". A couple days later I called and Amy fixed the problems, which were with their accounting people. But, then after a service I went into the back yard and found all of the pool vacuum hoses removed and the vacuum was laid on one of our patio tables, just sitting there in the sun! No explanation of what was going on or anything. So I had to call to find out what the deal was. Well I guess the hoses had some cracks in them and the 1 year old vacuum was very old and needed replaced. I agree the hoses may need replaced but the vacuum was working just fine. I just cannot trust this service tech.
As I said this was the last two straws, there were many others, sad to say
