Wonderfully cozy and romantic atmosphere. The waitress' were quick and accommodating. The menu has some unique offering you won't find at too many other places in the city. It's below street level location gives it hidden secret sort of feel while the warm wooded interior makes you feel welcome and at home.

Very nice Belgian pub. The selection of beer is great. Food was also good. My burger was pretty decent. They put our big gang in the separate room, which was okay, I guess.

Always has a great beer menu. The food is good, provided you like mussels, and the outdoor eating area is cozy and nice for summer evenings. Try stopping by on Sunday evenings for discount Guinness!

Amazing experience at Victoire. We came in on one of the busiest nights of the year, during jazz fest! Atmosphere was bustling and friendly. Our server Cassidy was prompt in greeting is off the bat, and was extremely efficient in taking our order. Very upbeat and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hanger steak was cooked to perfection, and very flavorful. Sean was the manager who wanted to ensure that our dining experience was too notch, which it totally was. I will definitely be back!! Thank you again!

Food was great, lots of delicious beers and ciders to choose from, but the service is consistently sub par.
We went to the bar for a couple drinks while waiting on a table and sat there about 5 minutes before the bartender acknowledged us. The bar was by no means crowded. After taking our orders he brought my drink over right away but came back multiple times to ask my husband what he wanted again. We could see that my husband's beer was ready but the bartender served several other customers before finally bringing it over.
Once we were seated it took a while for the waitress to come by. We would order drinks and not see her for another 10 minutes.
The food is good but it doesn't make up for the bad service.response / report this review -

I would absolutely recommend this place to any beer fan! They had a lot of choices and a lot of good beer. When we went, it wasn't too busy which was great.
We then took a seat outside, on the covered patio. We ordered some appetizers to share and I think everyone was pleased. The atmosphere was super cool.

Good food and great service. The first time I was there the bartender saw that one of my meals wasn't prepared right and took it back for me. To me that's great service and a way to back up your chefs if an issue arises. The second time I was there the bartender found the soccer game that I wanted to watch and recommended and excellent beer to me. Will definitely go back when I'm in town.

I love this place! I've had a number of items on the menu but there is one I always go back toThe duck reuben. It's delicious! The wait staff is very good. The bartenders are easy to talk to and the beer selection is amazing. If suggest a flight of beers so as to sample a number of different Belgians at once. Enjoy!

Their food and beer selection is really good. I think the pricing of the food is a tad bit too high for the quality but that hasn't stopped me from eating at Victoire again. The staff is great and the on-tap beer selection is one of the best in the downtown/east end area, if not the best. The fire outside is really nice too.

Victoire has a wonderful ambiance and diverse beer selection. The wait staff is usually pretty good; however, as is the case with most restaurants and bars, the wait staff's performance tends to decrease as the restaurant becomes more crowded--which is certainly understandable. There is an enjoyable outdoor seating area/beer garden patio which is very nice for the summer and early fall. I highly recommend their mussels and frites.
