Incredible food and service. The staff was so personable. Our server was awesome. Everyone was so accommodating.
Had the baked shrimp scampi and the chocolate mousse. I’m not the kind of person to take pictures, but the plating was well done. Kudos to you! We will be back.response / report this review -

The last time we were here we had a bit of an odd experience service-wise but the owner was ever so kind and accommodating to make up for it. Our next meal here was delightful, wonderful service, and as is always the case, the food was absolutely delicious.

Beautiful decor, good food, not great serviceat least not on a Thursday afternoon. When we first arrived, they had us wait with my elderly grandmother clearly standing with a cane, despite there being very few other customers. Once seated, we ordered what was essentially salad sandwiches that did not require cooking, and it took at least an hour to get our food. The food is great but it's hard to wrap my head around such unprofessional service at such a nice place.

Let me just start by saying that my group didn't seem to have the same experience as the other people there. When I first arrived I was rather fond of the restaurant because of quality of the workmanship that went into building and decorating the restaurant. However the time it took to serve the food after ordering was a tremendously long wait. We were seated and had ordered in a timely manner but then proceeded to wait over an hour and a half to receive our orders. While we were waiting for our food we watched the group that came in behind us get seated, order, eat and leave all before we received our food. When the food did finally come, some of it was already cold. Even considering the long wait I did enjoy the food, it was rather delicious (if you get it warm) and if you have good company as I did you can still turn things around and have a good time. However when the service is as poor as it was one might expect that the restaurant would in some way apologize and make up for their error. This was not the case, not once did anyone come and apologize for the wait and the 18% gratuity was still added to the bill. Overall the location was great, and the food delicious but the service was awful.
