One of my colleagues found and gave me the website link of VG supply. Because I was finding an authentic one. So have applied for opening a wholesale account with them. They required 3 provided forms to fill out.
So I filled and submitted it.
They gave me approval in one business day which is a good thing. And their prices are good.
So once I got approval. I searched for products for my business in one day.
When I finalized the products I was going to order in bulk it says out of stock.

I emailed a customer support person ( Bryana)

I sent her UPCs and names and asked her when it goes in stock and how I can place an order or other information about the address and all info about ordering.

She said in one line ( we don't have an ETA when we will get them in stock again)

Then I thought I will search for any other products
So I searched for products

I see all good products were out of stock.

So I emailed again to Bryana

( there are many products I am searching for it say out of stock. I think it is any problem with my account or so on. Please tell me how and when I can order products. I need to order.)

And the answer was
( ok. )

How rude is this
I must say this is not good customer support.

And VG has good products but it going out of stock very fast.

You can visit all the good products will be out of stock.
They have to maintain their inventory all the time.

I lost my time searching & finding products more and more again and again.

This company is an excellent supplier of home and garden products! They have thousands of items at very good prices, and very nice folks. Adrian and Maria have been super helpful to us and always respond quickly. A couple of times purchased items were out of stock but then your money gets refunded and it's no big deal. We are happy to have found this fantastic company - THANK YOU VG SUPPLY!!! No wonder they are celebrating 100 years, great company.
