So professional customer service experience. The place is impressively clean and organized. The manager takes time making sure that you understand the agreement you are making with. No surprises, everything written down and signed by both parties. Special offers from time to time. Different measurements spaces, fit every need and budget. Highly recommend this warehouse.

At first they seemed very diligent, but I’m so disappointed. My personal belongings, including my wedding dress, where damage by the water that got in to the storage from hurricane Maria. No one took responsibility of what happened and all they told me was that I had to deal with the insurance company, that they had nothing to do with the situation. It’s been 3 months and I’m still waiting.
