  Gave me by far the best quote of many other area movers for a small/medium local move. The 3 hour minimum is totally reasonable, as are their hourly rates. Mark and Jeff showed up on time and loaded my stuff very efficiently. Even though my bedroom wardrobe wouldn't fit up the stairs at my new apartment, they really tried and were kind when explaining why they couldn't just turn it sideways, etc. I'm still in the process of unpacking but so far I haven't found anything damaged or broken. I would definitely use them again!

  Best experience ever. The best prices compared to many other options. Great communication with Michelle and John. If call went to voice mail I would get a return call immediately. Movers all 3 were a-1, very careful, efficient, and willing to make the extra effort to offer if I needed anything else done before their departure they were willing to help. I will always recommend 1st Class Movers.

  Can't say enough good about this company. We had unusual moving needs - we needed just the kitchen, artwork and lamps packed, we needed the goods to arrive a good week after the truck was loaded, and we had half of the items going to another town to a storage facility. Even with these issues the quote came in a LOT less than the two other moving companies we worked with. They were on time, tireless, pleasant and personable. They arrived with the goods a few hours later than I would have liked but things were out and assembled in no time. They even put up with our quirkiness when it came to filling our room at the storage facility. Would use them again, would highly recommend.

  We had a walk through of our apartment got an estimate 2guys and about 2hrs. My finance and I are young so maybe the owner ( I believe that's who did the walk through) thought he could take advantage of us. The day of the move arrives and about 45min in he sends a third guy it took them 5.5hrs to move our tiny apartment then instead of charging us the set price we discussed they charged us $30 more per hr When we complained that this was not what we discussed and stated we did not have that kind of money he took $50 off the storage fee and then I insisted we get a price upfront for drop off we did and it then only took them 2hrs with 2guys to unload (a half full 26foot truck) and they broke the pedestal to our flat screen and didn't give us our lampshades. It was an awful way to be treated. So if you have unlimited funds, don't care all that much if stuff goes missing or breaks, and want to be had this is the company for you. However I would not recommend my worst enemy use this company!!

  I did a walk through of my home with one of their representative, "Mike" I believe. He told me he was a son of the original owner. This guy walks through my home, tells me how great he, his staff and new line of trucks are and that he would call or email that night with an estimate. 2 weeks later, no response. I have attempted to call their office, leaving messages on multiple occasions, no response. If this is the way they treat potential clients I would think twice about entrusting them for your move.
