I love super 8s because they're typically cheap but well maintained. However, this place is a dump. All rooms smelled like cigarette. Rude staff. Trash.

There was bodily fluids dried up on the comforter along with other stains, hair in/around the shower, table broken, towels stained, the smell of the room was horrible. I had to go out in the middle of a storm and get cleaning supplies in order for the room to be somewhat comfortable and disinfect the room myself.

Not bad for the price. Bed was comfortable but everything seemed barely maintained. Management and staff seem bitter to the world.

Rooms are very clean, no bed bugs! Free breakfast would be better if you could take it to your room. Cold air. Free WiFi free cable always a plus. Very nice staff. Pool is small and only opens if asked to open and closes too early.

Not a place you'd want to book to spend your vacation in Florida, but for a one-night stop at a bargain price (my room was $65 for a single queen bed) it fills the bill. Reasonably clean, the staff seem nice enough, the TV has a lot of channels I'd never watch but others might.
I gave four stars, but qualified by the fact that it's just a Super 8 and cheap digs. Not equal to other, more expensive lodgings I've rated four stars, but, cheap. I would stay there again when passing through.
There's a pretty great wine store just down the street to the south, Roy's Liquor, and a few interesting food places nearby. Lots of chain restaurants, of course.
Oh, to go "left" (south) from here, just take the back way out to South 3rd Street, go south two streets to Georgia, turn left and there's a light at US 1. Easy.
    Recommended, with the above caveats.

The lady was friendly not the male. Rooms aren't worth the price. A.c was out of date. Shower didn't work had to use the sink Old creamer for coffee. Door way to the bathroom had exposed woodwork and nails. Sheets and towels look about 10+ years old. T.v was the only new thing. First and last time staying here. Never again.

The price was 20 more than on line rate. Rooms looked nice online. When we got to our room, it was nothing like the pictures. There was nothing for breakfast either. WOULD NEVER GO BACK

Overall this is a great place to stay. No, the rooms are not perfect nor are they modern. However, this is one of the cleaner hotel/motels we've stayed at over the last few years. Yes there are visible signs of use to the built-in furnishings such as the tub and vanity. But ITS CLEAN HERE. The carpet is clean. The furnishings are clean. The beds are comfortable. After a 6 night stay I'd come back.
The office staff are helpful and accommodating to the most reasonable extent. I found everyone to be extremely courteous and helpful answering all our questions and putting up with our changing needs. The staff is not chatty, that does not make them rude, that makes them professional
All in all this is a great place to stay in Ft. Pierce.

Worst experience, I travel a lot because of my work. (I paint houses for a company that sends me all across Florida) I probably stay around 50 to 60 hotels and year and have never had any issues. When I 1st got there I was asked how many people are with me. So I told her 2, I was thinking me and 2 more people I didn't count my self because I was already standing there in front of her so I thought the question implied how many people other than you so my answer is 2. Anyways at checkout time she along with her husband give me attitude and start accusing me of lying to them and that I had to pay extra for the 3rd person. I told her that I told her the truth and that if she needed to charge some one it's the company that provides me the hotel because they pay for all that. They start yelling and complaining and telling me that they would call the police and that I would go to jail. (Over 12 dollars) At this point and livid and start yelling back, only to be met with more police calling because I was too angry when they started. Either way it started with a miss understanding could have easily been fixed but all they do is start yelling. The hotel was super empty maybe 2 owner hotel rooms were occupied so I think that they try to nickle and dime you. If you are thinking of staying here because it's cheap, just pay a little extra and save yourself the trouble. Thats not the way to do business, their attitude is horrible.
