Why aren't there more fur colors to choose from? You used to have navy blue, dark purple and red to build your own. And ONE dress to choose from?? I'm very disappointed. I was planning on giving a different one to my great niece for each birthday and my great nephew now, too, but there aren't enough choices now to continue. I'm a big fan, my husband has purchased 10 for me and I purchased 3 for myself and I can't even get some of them anymore. So I guess I save money and start giving them mine. I already gave them my 4" bear.

Wonderful fun fun the kids. My son loved it and loved the tour. I would take the family again. The 3 star rating is for the injection of politics into everything. I can understand having political bears but not to share both side is not fair and equal to all. By the way trump is president not Hillary.

Took my son to get a special bear. Every single Vermont resident who is 4 years old gets to come to the Shelburne factory and pick out and build a completely free bear, up to $39.99! Just go online, register, print the code, and bring a parent's vt ID! Great program for every little Vermonter.

It was such a fun experience! The bears are a little pricey, but the lifetime guarantee makes it well worth It! It is definitely a must see while in Burlington! I bought one for myself and one for my baby cousin!

Definitely worth the time. We missed the guided tour, and didn't want to wait around for the next one so we just walked around the store and checked everything out.

I had a custom embroidered shirt made for my Vermont Teddy Bear which was adorable. We did wait about 45 minutes since there was one person in front of us but its definitely worth it.

There were so many adorable outfits! This would make a GREAT gift for a young one or significant other.

I was able to get my mom a teddy nurses outfit --like the one she wore as a nurse back in the 60's- 70's--in the Teddy Bear shop. When I gave her the "Sylvia RN " teddy, she was thrilled!

Excellent service! Everyone was super friendly, pleasant and helpful even though our little one had no idea what he wanted.

A very fun place. The tour was informative with a little laughter along the way. They had more different looking and textured bears than I thought. The variety of clothes and accessories for the bears was overwhelming. We found the staff very helpful and the experience wonderful!!

We went on a tour with just about the least enthusiastic tour guide one could imagine. That being said the bears themselves are really unique and it's a cool company to learn about!

$4 tour was good, not super Dee duper. But fine for $4. Free under 12yo. Lots of cheap jammies with the pajama-gram factory outlet there. Fun way to spend an hour or so.

Beautiful grounds and a fun visit. Bears are very pricey, but very high quality. Look in the seconds bin to see if you can find one with your name on it to get one a little cheaper.

The tour was OK but nothing especially outstanding. Just another low tech factory for handmade toys. If you are not especially into VTB, i doubt its worth it.

Had a Jumponit deal. The deal was perfect for what we needed. My son and I enjoyed a mother son day visiting Vermont Teddy Bear Factory. Outside was quiet and relaxing as qell
