The restaurant I work at uses the white bread from this company. Half the time it's great, the rest of the time it's undercooked. It's got a fat core of unbaked dough. I wind wind up chucking half the loaf in the garbage. The owner refuses to stop using it because "it's local". Based on this bakery's ability to maintain product consistency alone, I would dump them and go with literally anyone else. How hard is baking bread? It's man's earliest known culinary endeavor for crying out loud. That's my paycheck I'm throwing in the garbage and I hate it.
I think it's the best bread this side of Boston..
Loved the Organic Multigrain Bread. What did you do to it? It was my favorite.
The bread tasted terrible, it has this weird taste to it. Even when I eat this bread with eggs it still tastes disgusting. A waste of money.
Don't buy this, buy a popular brand of English muffins instead.
WOW - VBC Wheat English Muffin - toasted - dab O' butter - soooo good! I hear a choir of gnarly angels singing when I eat them!
This is the only organic bread that I'm able to find at my local grocery store. There Spelt bread is fantastic
Love their English muffins! They blow away Thomas'.
I've got to say I miss the alfalfa sprout bread the most it was my favorite I was very sorry to see it go any chance it would be coming back? From Massachusetts
I will like to know, what are the ingudients this company uses to preserve their bread I have a bag of Hamburg roll for about 7 weeks, the bread isn't, hard or has any has mold. The consistency it's the same as one I got yesterday's, I have been using the same bread for over 16 month. I am very scared. I truly wonder.
