Can you believe it is virtually impossible to change your service on the Verizon website, once logged in? I had to call corporate and they couldn't and then they referred me to the 800 number (no where visible on their website. Not one place. Do these big communications companies not learn anything from recent events? There is a reason Amazon is taking over the world. Whether I approve or not is besides the point. They have amazing online user experience. They make the shopping experience easy, peasy. They employ top notch designers to constantly test pages and make it easy to convert your online time into a sale. Not so, Verizon. You have to look around , and even then: no 800 number.
Verizon: Amazon is coming for you. Prepare.
Sent me a broken modem, scheduled to have technician and they kept changing the times and dates without even calling and lied about returning the modem when they never showed up. Time warner is way better!
Store hours on the website are not the same hours. Customer service sucks. They try to hassle you every chance they can, just to make your life harder.
I called them two years ago and they said we could get Fios in three months. Two years later and they're still not here.
horrible service. constantly hangs up on you when trying to get your service sorted out. never shows up for their appointments. got fios and within a week i am forcing a refund already because of terrible service. would rate negative stars if possible.
