Not bad.
Service was unprofessional because I asked for a extra towel to the housekeeper CLEARlY she ignored me while I was in front of her.
The room had no microwave Ac was broken so I was freezing during the night the room was a little bit dirty but ok for the night.response / report this review -

Not the best. Microwaves and refrigerators are not in all rooms. Greetings aren't even perfunctory. You are asked to produce ID and a credit card without even getting a hello. They have a separate "rules" page with a number of restrictions. If you are on business with a company credit card, it better have your name on it or they won't accept it without an emailed or faxed auth. Breakfast was unappealing. The coffee even looked and tasted watered down. I won't be staying again unless nothing else in the area is available. Sorry, I can't recommend this hotel. Checked out after one night.

Not a place I would choose again. Had reservation wrong, staff had not read request or seen additional info about my stay, rude manager. NOT a Wyndham quality accommodation in any sense. Paper thin walls and very basic amenities.

The room smelt like a barn and stunk of cigarettes even though it was a "non smoking" room. There was burn holes in the blankets on the bed. And on top of it the shower had grime build up in it so showering was out of the question. I think sleeping in my car would have been a better choice

Get the pet friendly room even if you don't have a pet. Much cleaner with wood floors. The other rooms have carpeting which is dirtyvery dirty

We really liked our room, nice and clean great value and location. It was 45 minutes to the Bethel woods concert though. Missed breakfast, wished it ended at 10 and not 9..too early. Appreciated the noon checkout. Thanks so much 😊

I stayed here on occasions when staying in Middletown, NY. The rooms are fairly decent and they washer and dryers. They also offer discounts to some area restaurants in the area. They also offer a small breakfast for those who need a quick fix before checkout.

The place was cheap, but they didn't pay attention to cleaning as much as I would have liked. There was a sizable chunk of fecal matter on the light in the bathroom, the door handles were dirty, and it needed a good vacuuming.
