  Rachel Gregory was an absolute blessing during the entire home buying process, and I can confidently say that she is one of the best realtors out there. From the very beginning, Rachel was professional and had expert knowledge that really came in handy as she guided us through the home-buying process. She took the time to listen to our needs and wants and kept us on track to find the right home.
  Rachel has a lot of knowledge of the local real estate market, and her negotiation skills are second to none. She was able to get us an incredible deal on our dream home, and I am so grateful for her hard work and dedication.
  Throughout the entire process, Rachel Gregory constantly available to answer our questions and provide guidance. She was patient, kind, and always had a positive attitude. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I always felt like she was looking out for us.
  Overall, I could not recommend Rachel Gregory more, she is truly professional and amazing to work with

  The Jean Scott Team is an outstanding example of what the very best real estate agents and support staff personnel represent. My buyer’s agent Joann Harbour guided me to complete a purchase that I had anticipated making for several years prior to the right home becoming available on the market. Her guidance and knowledge of current area real estate sales and trends were invaluable in completing the successful purchase of my new residence.

  Jean Scott and Rachel helped us through the process of closing on our first home. They were absolutely amazing and took such good care of us. We received regular check-ins on how we were doing and if we had any questions, and Rachel always had our back when attending in person meetings with the builder. I would definitely recommend working with them.

  I have worked with Jean Scott Homes twice now, once as a buyer and seller, and I can not speak highly enough of their professionalism, organization, and their dedication to their work. I specifically worked with Joann, Jean, and Rachel and I never felt like my investment was in bad hands. Buying a first home can be stressful but not with this team!

  We are repeat customers with Jean Scott. After living out of state for 8 years, we wanted to move back. And, of course we went back to Jean Scott’s reliable and hard working team, who had done such a good job when we sold our house those many years ago. Joann Harbour did a fantastic job of listening to us and finding us properties to look at that were exactly what we had specified. She helped us find the *one* for us! We definitely give Jean and her team a five star rating!!
