Wow, this company doesn't operate with integrity. They charged my cousin $300(of my money) to diagnose her car and recommended a new engine. We went to get a second opinion and it turned out she only needed to change O2 sensors and tune up.

I have been a customer at Veldman's Service Center for more than 30 years. Willy, Todd, Loren, and Mike have gone out of their way to provide excellent work on all of the vehicles I have brought in to them. This includes newer & older cars and trucks, old beaters, and a few unexpected repairs for out of town relatives. I have also been an AAA auto club member for over 30 years, anytime my vehicle was towed it went to Veldman's - no question! These are people with high integrity that believe in hard work, honesty and treating everyone fairly. They don't have bargain basement prices because they don't do bargain basement work. They give you the best value for the money with their vast and always growing knowledge of today's latest mechanical repairs and technics, while also showing genuine concern for each person's plight.

They can't answer simple questions over the phone. They are secretive about what they are going to actually charge.

My truck died next to this place, so I thought it would be convenient for Veldmans to work on it.. These guys looked my truck over and informed me that it needed a fuel pump replacement. After I decided the price was outrageous (which another mech did the job for MUCH less), I told them I wanted to take the truck somewhere else. I was then told I needed to pay a $95 inspection fee which I was never informed of before I told them to look it over. I would have never of had them check my truck if I would have been told about the feeI should have just had it towed to my normal mechanic in the first place and avoided this hassle..

We have taken several vehicles there for many years and have always gotten the best service. These guys aren't "part swappers" they tend to know what they're going. Mike is a great guy and they go the extra mile.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their car.
