  The condo we rented had broken vertical blinds on all the windows. We were warned to close them for the turtles or be fined. I sent them pictures of the blinds that we couldn't close due to missing pieces, which were in the closet, so they knew about the condition they were in. The washer only worked if you moved the lid to line up with the lock tab. Our 2nd bathroom had awful water pressure in the sink. The ice maker produced yellowish ice cubes! The beach wasn't nice and was mostly roped off for nesting birds that
  chirped all night.

  The customer service was prompt in responding when we had questions. They were very friendly as well and eager to take care of our concerns. Our family had the best time at the property we rented! The accommodations were beautiful and the quality of the furnishings and accessories were exceptional. The property exceeded our expectations. Our favorite part of the property was the fully stocked kitchen and the movie room.

  Beautiful houses with all the amenities you could possibly need. Perfect for a big group or family vacation! Close to downtown and grocery stores. It’s even better than what you see on the listings! Lots of pleasant surprises await you at these Houses.

  We had the most awesome time at this place. Our suite was immaculately clean, newly renovated, spacious, modern style!
  The only mistake we made, was to leave!!!
  Can't wait to go back!

  Coastal Vacations Rentals take care of all our needs, they have good communication with us before our arrival, they were waiting for us in the Hotel at check-in and they were at our service during the stay. The condo was clean and very well equipped for our needs, we don't feel any difference on the hotel of been renting a private unit, the service of all staff was very professional, I am very happy to rent this condo as we have a discounted rate from the hotel. I recommend this condo.
