If a 10 star rating was possible, that would have been my choice. On my initial visit, Patti P was outstanding. She was very courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done with a ring that held a great amount of sentimental value to our family. On my return visit Bonnie P also provided exceptional service. From start to finish, an outstanding experience. I could not have been treated better.

Everytime I walk into Van Scoy I receive personal service that I have yet to receive at any other jewelry store. Caroline assisted me for months designing the perfect rememberance ring and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Anytime I need to find a special piece of jewelry or a repair I know where to go.

I have had my 30 year old wedding set made larger and attached together. Just recently, had my basket setting platinum heirloom ring repaired and sized up 2 1/2 sizes. To my great surprise , The jeweler was able to preserve the hand engraved names of my grandparents inside the ring. I trust Van Scoy in Wyomissing Because they have their jeweler on staff . They do not send the jewelry out . I'm not going into the store because they have a large variety of different jewelry other than diamonds and gold. It is a great place to find something very different at reasonable prices. Local artists can be found there.

The only jewelry store for me!! The staff and master jeweler are amazing and so helpful. I had brought my wedding band in for repair ( for the second time ). They not only fixed my very damaged ring but also helped me pick out an beautiful gift for my wife that was very much so in my budget. The ladies at van scoy are not only very knowledgeable but so much fun and helpful. I would recommend van scoy to anyone who is looking for a special gift for yourself or a loved one.

This place is great ! I went to multiple big name stores first when I started browsing engagement rings and was unable to put together the right ring. When I came to Van Scoy, they had so many options and my rep Deb was super patient and able to help me customize one that was THE ring. No pressure, lots of fun. Not to mention you can get a better diamond at a better price.. Went back for wedding bands too. I would highly recommend to any guy shopping around for an engagement ring to go to Van Scoy.
