This theatre is just wonderful. Their shows, both house and traveling trope, are phenomenal. There are snacks like pretzels and bottled drinks available for reasonable prices, the bathrooms are large, and the seats are large and comfortably spaced. I have gone here for years, and will continue to go for years to come. Plus, there are so many restaurants and shops right in the area, that it's really fun to do a little overnight adventure!

Beautiful theater! Easy on/off access from Route 30. Plenty of staff out in parking lot to direct one to appropriate parking. If one wants a snack for the show, there are ample options available for purchase. Good sound quality too.

I thought the show was wonderful but you did it again!! In the summer show you had a wonderful number done and the show should have been over RIGHT THERE but you went on and had some jazzy number played and just ruined the effect of the whole show. Today you did it again - right after How Great Thou Art. That was beautifully done but to then to go into that loud jazzy noise just ruined it! PLEASE remember this for your next show.

I have been to the Christmas Show 2 years in a row and they do a breathtaking job! The performance is amazing and I personally enjoy the holiday decorations both inside and outside. Staff are friendly and helpful and the seating gives you a lot of leg room which is great for longer performances. I highly recommend the Christmas Show!!

Wonderful theater. Not a bad seat in the house. Plenty of leg room and great sight lines (view not blocked by person in front of you). Always getting more and more shows on its schedule. Friendly staff to assist you. Plenty of parking. Getting out of the lot going east bound toward Philly can be slow sometimes because of traffic light on route 30. Large restrooms, which isn't always the case at theaters. Never seen a show that I didn't enjoy at AMT. A Five Star rating from me.

Saw a great show there today, Vegas Review. Great music and dancing and a great magician to boot! Love this theater it is easy to get to and it always an enjoyable experience!

We have seen many shows at AMT and have never been disappointed. The seats are comfortable. And you will have a good view of the stage wherever you sit.

Enjoy going here every chance I get. Every concert has been fantastic and their is not a bad seat in the whole place. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Being a member has gotten me some great seats.

Comfortable venue. Handicap accommodating with elevator and handicap rows. All clearview seating with wide seats.
Concessions reasonable. All employees are helpful and friendly. Free parking with easy in and easy out. Reasonably priced shows.response / report this review -

My husband and I paid $79/ticket for 2 tickets to Trace Atkins on Sunday, May 21 (greater than $160 for a wasted evening). We sat through about 7 minutes of the horrendous noise and the vibrations and bass were so bad that neither my ears nor my stomach could stand it any longer and we left. I would strongly advise that anyone with heart or hearing problems should be aware of this situation (which in fact has occurred once before when we attempted to sit through Abba). We have enjoyed many programs at the American Music Theater in the past, but programs such as this where the noise is literally out of control are not enjoyable at all and I truly believe can be dangerous to one's health. I am surprised that AMT has not been brought to task for this before. All they have to do is to cut down the decibel level and soften the bass. We were in the balcony and it was simply insufferable.

Wonderful venue and and AMAZING Christmas production! My wife and I went to the 2016 Christmas production and were just floored! The production itself was top notch, from the music to the performance to the set itself. The layout and acoustics of this venue are truly as good as it gets. A must when you're in the Lancaster, PA area.

very elegant and well set-up, the theater is a lot bigger than what it looks from the outside. free & abundant parking was great, even though the show was sold out. would definitely come here again

My wife and I went with my sister her husband and our parents. Show was outstanding from beginning to end my only problem is when the orchestra did the trans- Siberian song it was THE SHOW stopper should have been last. Once they were Finnished I really didn't careless about the show. I think next year's show it should be at the end. Thanks for having such a great venue

We recently saw the Christmas Show and was very entertaining and inspiring dance and singing performances. My only observation was that one song was performed twice and another was performed three times. With so many other caroles they could have chosen. Also in the second half of the show, I thought that there were too many "Church" songs that it felt you were in Church. Other than that, I would recommend the show.
