This negative review is about Valli Produce located at 450 E Golf Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60005.This is an awful place! terrible custumer service and very Loooooooooong lines! There was only one lane opened. Every time I come to this store, I see this one huge line and one cashier. (the cashier was very nice and professional). My question is, what happened to all the other cashiers and where are they???Hellooo????? Why there is only one register opened? In the rush hour like this, you would think they open another register? Unfortunately, this never happened.There was only one cash register open with a line of 24 people waiting. Normally I wouldn't be bothered by it, but two managers came by and didn't open a line or help out nearly enough to get the line moving. It was at least 25-30 min. Wait to get through.The wait time is way too long! It is Not worth it.Another big problem with this store is the bad employees who work in deli department. Hispanic men who work in deli department are rude and ignorant.They don't like American people. When they see an American customer who speaks English, they will start teaching you Spanish words and force you to speak in Spanish. If you say to these workers that you don't know how to speak Spanish then you are screwed. One Hispanic man, who worked at the deli department, asked what I wanted. I told him that I want to buy a 1.5lb of tuna. The tuna was right there at front of him.This worker said to me -"Wait", and then he just left. I was waiting for 20 minutes but the guy never came back. It is clear to me that these Hispanic men from deli department are very prejudiced against American people and they use every chance to show it. This is bad and unacceptable! I don't like this Valli Produce store. This is a very bad store with lazy managers and rude employees. NOT recommended. This is a big NO-NO for me. I don't like the way they treat their customers and I don't like the way they do their work.This is a very BAD store with Unprofessional managers and rude employees.Something has to be done about this ASAP !

Good selection of produce. Cashier was really nice even though they are consistantly busy. I wish it was a bigger location, I had a hard time getting to sweet potatoes because the lines run up the aisles. Layout aside the prices were great and I'm looking forward to going back to of the store. I saw a guy with a bag a shrimp that looked amazing!

Very unfriendly staff and do not know how to listen. Says organic but the selection is very small. Sustainability beats price. Pay your workers better and they might wear a smile. Improve employee culture and they might be more human.

Great prices,love the Italian food selection,awesome lunch meatsI have been shopping at your location for more than 30 years.
How ever your cashiers are rude and not friendly at allI have had negative experience with one in particular,but all are unfriendly.
A smile goes a long wayI have said hi and hello with no ecknowledgement,or a thank you.News flash,it's you're customers business and patronage that pays you're wages!
Train your cashiers,i have no problem with your Deli area,friendly and attentive.
On a positive note ,all else is goodbut this might be a deal breaker for me

Very friendly staff everything is in stock I have never experienced any shelf that is empty. good hours, fresh food in a deli, good prices and I live just around the corner from the place. I have lived here for the past five years but didn't get the chance or the thought to review this place, check it out you'll be happy to visit and the music is phenomenal it fits into the atmosphere of the place Italian mixed with Hispanic atmosphere, multicultural customers you would never feel awkward in there. The deli has it set up where you take a number and they call you out loud when your next. they will ask you how you would like your meats and cheeses cut. workers behind the deli are so knowledgeable and are willing to assist the customers. they are so patient. A couple complaints first the cashiers need to have a more warming welcome. I feel like I'm bothering them when I check out. Second, the bakery tends to have stale items except the French bread

Great selection of groceries. Their bakery has amazing amazing cakes and deserts. Each slice of cake or desert is around $1.5-$2. A little bit on the pricier side for other things though. There is an Aldi's right next to it though. You can buy basic foods there for less then get your other things at Valli since Aldi's has a poor selection.
